Jobs that respect the person doing them
Work near you.
No fee to apply.
Part-time shifts, weekend work and home-based jobs from employers we have spoken to. The pay and the hours are on the listing before you apply, not after.
Applying is free. If anyone asks you for money, report it.
- ₹0 charged to workers, ever
- Employer verified before listing
- Pay and shift hours shown upfront
- Report a fee demand and we act
What kind of work is listed
-
Part-time shifts
Four to six hour shifts in shops, warehouses, kitchens and events, usually within travelling distance of where you live.
-
Weekend work
Saturday and Sunday shifts for people who already have a weekday commitment, including students and salaried workers.
-
Work from home
Data entry, tele-calling and support roles that genuinely operate remotely. If a role requires a deposit for a laptop, it is not listed here.
-
Repeat gigs
Employers who need the same person regularly. These are the listings worth keeping, because the pay and the routine are already known.
How applying works
-
Search by area
Enter your locality and the hours you can work. Listings outside a sensible commute are filtered out.
-
Read the terms
Every listing states the pay, the shift length, and whether it is daily, weekly or monthly settlement.
-
Apply directly
Your contact goes to the employer, not to a chain of agents. No application fee at any point.
-
Get paid as stated
If an employer changes the terms after you start, report it. Repeated complaints remove the listing.
Why we charge employers, not workers
Job seekers in India are routinely asked for 'registration fees', 'uniform deposits' and 'training charges' by people who have no job to give. The only way to make that uneconomic is to remove the worker from the payment chain entirely.
- Employers pay to list. Workers never pay to apply.
- Any employer asking a worker for money is removed, permanently.
- Listings must state pay before contact details are exchanged.
- We do not run a 'premium applicant' tier, because that is how fees creep back in.
Before you apply
Do I have to pay anything to get a job?
No. Applying is free and employers pay to list. If any employer or agent asks you for a registration fee, a deposit, or money for a uniform or ID card, refuse and report it to us.
How are employers verified?
We confirm a business contact, a physical address for the work location, and a working phone number. That is not a police check — it is enough to remove the obvious fakes, and no platform can promise more.
Do I need documents?
Most employers ask for an Aadhaar or PAN for payroll, and sometimes a bank account for salary transfer. Never hand over original documents to keep. A photocopy or a digital copy is enough for most roles.
What if the pay is different from the listing?
Tell us with the listing link. We contact the employer and, where the listing was wrong or deliberately misleading, remove it. Workers who report this make the next person's search better.
Can I work weekends only?
Yes. Filter by shift days and choose Saturday or Sunday. Weekend listings are a permanent category, not a seasonal one.
No fee. No registration charge.
A legitimate employer pays for hiring. A worker paying to get a job is the oldest scam in the market.
